General program vision and goals:
The vision of the Elevation Program is to prepare you with all the educational training and requirements you will need to apply for their PCC through the International Coaching Federation. These courses will cover all 8 ICF core competencies, the ICF code of ethics, and all Four Streams Associate and Professional track materials. This combination of courses will give you the ability to have a plan and know where you are going while offering an economical path towards ultimate coaching mastery.

10 Mentor coaching sessions
8 Practicum sessions (2 to observe, 6 to participate)
There are a total of 108-124 live/synchronous student contact hours included in the full program, dependent on the full length of each practicum. Additional Mentor Coaching hours are included in your program and available for a lifetime.

Dates: will align with currently scheduled Associate and Professional track programs. Location: will be over Zoom.

Intended participants:
Each cohort will have up to 10 students. This program is intended for a coach who is looking for a career in the coaching space, a coach who may be interested in facilitating Mentor Coachings, a leader who wants to take their leadership style in a coaching direction, or an already practicing coach who wants to fast track to their ICF PCC in one fell swoop.
The students must meet the following requirements to enter the program:
There is an informal interview process through which Four Streams and the prospective student will discuss the program, learn more about each other, and discuss if this program is a good fit for their needs. There are no prerequisite courses or programs needed to attend.
