What is well-being? What makes life worth living? Most of us want to freely pursue happiness and live a life that we love, but this concept may seem hard to define and even harder to achieve.
This course takes a deep dive into the five elements of PERMA, the building blocks to well-being and to a flourishing life.
The module is comprised of 12 Synchronous/live hours. This module will be held via Zoom conference and will meet once a week for six weeks.
