Who Is The Elevation Program For? Any of these scenarios:

MODULES: SEVEN ESSENTIAL AREAS OF INFLUENCE

Currently all programs are delivered in English only

The Elevation Program has a uniquely designed curriculum, meeting all International Coach Federation requirements in order to provide the best possible training. Along with 7 Modules, there are 10 Mentor coaching sessions, 8 Practicum sessions (2 to observe, 6 to participate)

Completion of our Elevation Program will provide all you need to apply for your ACC credential with the ICF. Once you hold your Four Streams Certification and ACC, you will be eligible to join the Four Streams Coaching Network.

Basic Coaching

This module will provide an introduction to coaching and a brief introduction to both the 8 ICF Core Competencies and the ICF Code of Ethics. The course will be held via Zoom conference and will meet for six weeks. It provides 12 Synchronous/live hours and 6 asynchronous self-study hours as required by the International Coach Federation.

The R.O.A.D. Method

This is the module that will teach you how to coach as you dive into the process for 12 weeks of active coaching. You will also receive in depth instruction on all 8 ICF core competencies and how to apply them in coaching practice. The ICF Code of Ethics will also be addressed throughout the program. The course will be held via Zoom conference and will meet for 12 weeks. It provides 24 synchronous/live hours and 12 asynchronous self-study hours as required by the International Coach Federation.

Redemptive Communication

Communication is the key aspect to great coaching. Learning to communicate in a way that allows every conversation to be a life changing event is our primary goal in this module. The module is comprised of 12 Synchronous/live hours. This module will be held via Zoom conference.

Mentor Coaching

This module will allow for discussion about what it is like to coach in the world considering all 8 ICF Core Competencies. Instructors will share their experience with applying the Core Competencies and answer all questions that students have about coaching sessions and client interactions. The course will be held via Zoom conference. Each session is comprised of 2 synchronous/live hours

PERMA: The Science Of Flourishing

What is well-being? What makes life worth living? Most of us want to freely pursue happiness and live a life that we love, but this concept may seem hard to define and even harder to achieve.

This course takes a deep dive into the five elements of PERMA, the building blocks to well-being and to a flourishing life.

The module is comprised of 12 Synchronous/live hours. This module will be held via Zoom conference and will meet once a week for six weeks.

Motivation: Moving From Knowledge To Action

Every one of us has either struggled with or been surprised by our own ability to get stuff done. What is happening inside of us when we are successfully accomplishing and when we are successfully avoiding?

This course will help you understand what drives you and your clients so that you can partner with them as they step out into the world in new and bold ways.

Coaching Through Stubborn Obstacles

Most people realize that facing obstacles is an inevitable aspect of every human life. Nonetheless, it is very rare to meet someone who has learned how to face obstacles in a way that they are not viewed as setbacks or failures.

This course will help you develop a skillset to assist clients to view obstacles differently than we typically do in order for them to intelligently and intentionally engage them, learn from them, and to continue to make progress toward the results and outcomes they seek.

The module is comprised of 12 Synchronous/live hours. This module will be held via Zoom conference and will meet once a week for six weeks.

There are a total of 108-124 live/synchronous student contact hours included in the full program, dependent on the full length of each practicum. Additional Mentor Coaching hours are included in your program and available for a lifetime.
