JOIN US IN BELIEVING IN THE DIGNITY OF EVERY HUMAN BEING.
Who We Are
We believe in the dignity of every human being. This conviction inspires our research and development in order to best serve people in the discovery of their identity and purpose in life. Our new consulting, coaching, and counseling models were created to enable people to better understand themselves in order to overcome organizational or self-imposed limitations in order to live happier, more productive, and fulfilling lives.
What We Do
The goal of our program is to provide an in depth and thorough understanding and application of both the ICF Core Competencies and the ICF Code of Ethics. We also intend to fully prepare students to apply for their ACC credential through ICF.
There are 4 modules offered through our program. Basic Coaching, The R.O.A.D. Method, Mentor Coaching and Redemptive Communication.
Who We Do It For
Our goal is to make coach training accessible to everyone who has a heart for helping people grow. We have a special interest in helping church leaders learn how to coach all members of their congregation, but we have intentionally designed a program that will train all demographics and equip them to coach clients and individuals within their realm of daily life and work.
How We Do What We Do
We glean from four disciplines to create a superior coaching technique. Neuroscience, positive psychology, Christianity, and coaching all come together in our program to create a method that is effective, repeatable, and accessible to everyone.
